PROCESSING & SHIPMENT
We do not process orders on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed on the weekend will process the next business day. If Monday falls on a holiday, then your order will process the next business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed and processed between 1-3 business days.

SHIPPING CARRIER
To provide the quickest and most affordable service possible to our customers, we use DPD or UPS package service for Europe (in-transit times 1-7 Business Days).
All orders received before 11:00 A.M. (GMT) will be processed the same day. Orders received after 11:00 A.M. (GMT) will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11:00 A.M. (GMT) will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays).
DELIVERY GUARANTEES
We do not guarantee arrival times for any shipment.
