So far disappointed. So far I am not satisfied with masszymes or p3-om. It took way too long to get my order and now that I’m taking them, and of course they recommended you taking a high dose and also their info regarding how and when to take it is all over the place. They pretty much have a scenario for every occasion that says take some I.e. when you wake up, when you eat, before you go to sleep, while you’re fasting, literally for anything and everything. I’m starting to think it’s just a huge marketing gimmick to try and get you to run through your supply so that you have to buy more. I’m going to keep going in hopes that it will do at least one of the many things they say their product can do. My primary reason for buying is to improve digestion and that has not been accomplished yet.

Without notice (I used to be a subscriber) they shipped me ‘Version 4.0’ which is a completely different combination of enzymes and other non-enzyme items. No communication.
IT NOW CONTAINS over 2,000 IU of VITAMIN D. A fat-soluble vitamin with limits to how much you can take per day! I already took Vitamin D, and test my blood to achieve a specific level. Now that these enzymes contain vitamin D, I cannot take these anytime throughout the day, as there is a limiting ingredient. Their literature and everything used to say you could take these at meals, inbetween meals, before bed, etc. NOW YOU CAN’T SAFELY.
Don’t get me wrong – I appreciate innovation and continual improvements! But communicate this! And don’t put a limiting ingredient (one you can only take a certain amount of per day) in a product that historically could be take without limit per day.
Customer support told me they ‘switched labs’ which produces this. It doesn’t appear there is a medical expert advising them or who is running the company. It’s beginning to feel more like a marketing company who contracts a lab to make a product and sell it in an online storefront.

I am feeling a little better with the magnesium but the enzymes I haven’t seen much difference and the caps are half full. Very expensive but the best Enzymes on the market!. I have used alot of different digestive enzymes with mixed results. Without digestive enzymes i was suffering from poor digestion and headaches. Then I came across Masszymes which provided the best results. I would give these 5 stars but these are very expensive if like me one needs to use these continuously. There should at least be a subscription service which provides a discount. This is general practice these days. Purchasing a 250 capsule container doesn’t provide much discount at all. I request Biooptimisers to look into this. All in all these enzymes are the best on the market but very costly.

If I were to take this new version I’d be blasting my body with 9,000 IU of synthetic D. This is the dumbest move by biotpimizers. Don’t buy them. There are other enzymes that won’t poison you.

Be cautious. I have IBS and I was hoping this product will help with digestion. I took capsules for a day and noticed pain in my stomach. The next day I woke up with diarrhoea and had to stay in bed for the whole day, as I had no energy. I stopped taking capsules. Some time later, when I was feeling fine, I have tried them again and a protein rich meal, hoping for a better outcome. Unfortunately, the same effect: stomach pains, diarrhoea, fatigue and headache. Maybe, these supplements are okay for healthy people, but they didn’t work for me.

Cured My Migraines. I saw BiOptimizers running a sale on Masszymes so I decided to try them out because I heard good things about the company BiOptimizers on The Human Upgrade Podcast, formerly the Bulletproof Podcast. Not long after I started to take the Masszymes I had a very bizarre bowel movement. I didn’t think much of it because I just thought it was clearing some junk out of my system. Fast forward a few months later I was with my wife and her best friend at a restaurants where her friend got a side of pickled jalapeños. I really love jalapeños, but when ever I have any food with vinegar, which vinegar is probably in a quarter of our food, I would have a full blown migraine within 24 hours guaranteed, but I had this ‘gut’ feeling that I could eat the pickled jalapeños. So I asked her friend if I could have the rest of her pickled jalapeños of which she had a lot. She said yes and I dumped them onto my food. The next day I had no migraine!!! So my wife bought me a jar of jalapeños soaked in vinegar. I ate half of them straight out of jar in on sitting. The next day I had no migraine!! Ever since then vinegar as never caused me to have another migraine!! Which is huge because before I knew vinegar caused me to get migraines, I had at least one migraine a week for nearly 3 years! There were some weeks I would wake up with a low grade migraine every morning. My theory is that I over did it with the vinegar for too many years and created an over reaction to it in my gut. My favorite foods have lots of vinegar and I would eat them nearly everyday: balsamic and vinegar salad dressing, hot sauce that had vinegar, salsa that had vinegar, sea salt and vinegar chips, and I was a connoisseur of condiments which almost all have vinegar. I have backed off on the vinegar even though I can consume it without any migraines, and I still take a bottle of Masszymes a couple times a year as maintenance. Thank you BiOptimizers so much for making Masszymes. It has literally changed my life and given me back probably 50 days a year!!

I don’t like writing negative reviews and I’m sure these may work well for others but I have tried many different brands of full spectrum enzymes and I was eager to try these since I had heard so many podcasts speak highly of them. Was excited to try them but had awful reaction.. I was so excited to try these enzymes. I took 2 on opening my window at 4pm and took an additional 1 with my evening meal at 6pm. I’m not sure yet what. I’m not sure yet what this product is doing for me. I am a vegetarian 90% of the time, which means I have less protein in my diet. Maybe this helps me, but I’m not sure. I got it to build muscle. I am taking it in conjunction with the magnesium and I don’t know which one caused it, but I had horrible diarrhea for 5 days and had to get off of everything and give my stomach a few days off. Would love some guidance from someone on that.

I’ve been ‘In the Club’. I’ve been ‘In the Club’ since 2015 back when I was flying for a living. I mention that, because the extremely dry cockpit environment makes for unhealthy digestion without a very steady dose of water to stay hydrated.
