Why can’t ya’ll just include a full months supply per bottle? If someone really has sleep problems, AND this actually works like you’re marketing it to do… they will want and likely need to take it every night. Cheap. Just put a full months supply in each of your products bottles so it’s not a game that someone has to keep buying before month end…
Or buy a massive amount that might not work for them. Not everyone has that kind of money up front either. -
kept me awake through the night. i did not sleep well at all with this. i took one scoop and it was still far too stimulating, i was awake all night.

The label gives a serving size but no instructions what to do with the 2 scoops. The How to take tab just recommends playing with the dose to optimize for yourself. HOW & WHEN ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO TAKE IT?

I am disappointed with this product following its first and only use, it has a disgusting synthetic taste which I’m not sure I can stomach every night, nor did I sleep any better after taking it as per the instructions, indeed worse. A real shame. Yet to view the returns/refunds options so I hope I can do that as it very expensive. However, I cannot fault Bioptimizers speediness of sending out products and I love the Magnesium capsules which have made a huge difference to the length of my deep sleep. Any chance this powder could be popped inside a capsule to at least alleviate the taste? thanks

I live bioptimzers products, however this one didnt work for me..it had the opposite effect infact and i sleep worse. I am sure most people wont have this result, it may just be me as im quite sensitve to things and tend to have different reactions that other people. Bio Op were great however in refunding me for the product.

Great product. I decided to try sleep breakthrough after seeing an online recommendation. I can honestly say, I haven’t been disappointed. Sleep breakthrough absolutely does what it says on the jar. I’ve been able to fall asleep easily without waking in the night. Sleep has been a problem for me for some time and I haven’t found anything as effective as this. I’ve experimented with the dosage and find that half a scoop is just right for me. I would highly recommend it.

unfortunately did not work for me
I tried the 2 scoops of Blue Berry powder an hour before bed as instructed. In my case, it led to a very restless and fitful night. I am wary of trying it again for fear of losing another night’s sleep. -

Not improved sleep. I have been taking this alongside the magnesium breakthrough but unfortunately it hasn’t made any difference. On the upside it tastes great but due to the cost, I wouldn’t buy it again.

Amazing sleep. I have 3 kids and my mind wouldn’t stop racing at night. I tried melatonin but I always woke up feeling even more tired and groggy. Then I found this! I’ve been taking Sleep Breakthrough since December and I’ve been sleeping so well every night! I’ve experimented with different doses, currently I only need 1/2 a scoop to sleep soundly and wake up feeling great. I’ve been stacking it with the magnesium as well. I love this product and highly recommend it.

This is the one. After I have fallen asleep, within minutes I had a surge of energy which would lead me to a very restless and sleepless night. I tried many combinations of sleep aids without success. Well, I have found the one!!! Sleep Breakthrough combination has done the job! I fall asleep and stay in a great slumber for the night. Thank you Bioptimizer team, I’m staying on autoship, don’t want to be without something that works so well and tastes great!

No sleep at all! THE WORST SLEEP OF MY LIFE! Gave this product 4 nights and that’s 4 nights too many! Made me more awake than I was before taking it. Laid in bed for 4 hours after consuming it wide awake! The comment of feeling so sleepy you could fall asleep on the couch†could not be the furthest from the truth.

Increase your REM and deep sleep. Increased REM and deep sleep, feeling more rested, did not wake up as much throughout the night. Best I’ve tried so far. This is the only formula that has positively affected my REM sleep.

Taste was quite pleasant when diluted. Fell asleep quicker than normal and had a sizable increase in deep sleep according to my Oura ring

Just ok. I am a huge fan of the Magnesium Breakthrough so I gave this a try. It doesn’t dissolve easily and didn’t not work as well as hoped. Doesn’t justify the high price.
